And Seven knew it, and that's why they hid it on 7mate.

no idea, probably not great given it's played in the middle of the night and replays obviously rate lower than a live event.

plus the hype is not there in australia yet to be honest, still in the group stages in which Australia has won all games comfortably except England vs Aus.

semis and final (if australia makes it) should produce more interest. i mean, it's still been decent interest but not FIFAesque. Can't recall what group stages of RUWC were like....

decent ratings and crowds in the UK but
238,000 watched the Australia V England game which didn't start til midnight & finished at 2.30am a few weeks back

to put that in perspective
that's 4 times what the wallabies get for games at the same time
& shames some ratings the swines get in prime time  ..... 8-[

it was double what Sydney FC & the Wanderers got on SBS in prime time as well

Id expect the final to get maybe .... double this in a few weeks
wow
just wow
RL ... the King =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

I believe Australia won their quarter final 50-0, correct? Not a score line conducive to high ratings.
that was a pool game not a quarter
that's this week against the US

3.2 Million watched the RLWC final in Australia in 2008
could the fumbles & bumbles world cup final get 32 people to watch theirs :-k   :(/ :(/ :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<>

It'll get on TV when the time is right. It might even get on next time it's on. You never know!

That ranks up there with your imaginary international game.

Also, I just love the wording of this thread title, bloody awesome.

Yep, thanks peepers for pointing out that credit indeed does need taking and the RL community will take it, glad you can see that credit needed taking for a raging success that has gripped you like no other.

So how did cos arrive at this theory? Was it the same as his RL ratings theory?
The claim that this nutter made ,was that the tvs were on (CH 9 with RL on)but no one was watching.

With Approx 3000 ratings boxes across this country I am in awe that he found out that where each house was situated & managed to peep in the window of each ALL within a 2hr period.
Outstanding work..
SO when Cos claims that NO ONE is watching the WC..
Then you just know that is a 100% accurate assessment.
OR
He could be your typical fucked in the head jealous as fuck ,delusional Derpball fan.
Who makes it up as he goes along & lying about his sport & lying about a sport he is jealous of is just the Norm..'

I go with Option B

There are 3000 ratings boxes in Sydney - what was the ratings outside NSW/QLD?

2 Million + in England alone says plenty outside NSW and QLD watched, so wouldn't that actually be bigger than anything the Vfl has ever rated at one time when you combine the Southern States together?

Bahahahahahahahaha, get back in your box!
