400,000 people already bought their tickets. this will mark the rise of RL internationally to overtake RU over the next 20-30 years. just like happened in Fiji, the first league players from there came here for the 7s tournament in 1992 and were then banned from union for life and outcast from their communities. but now, even after having to revert back to an amateur comp during super league, league is thriving again. even people on the fijian RU board have said league is in a better position, it has captured the young people and is growing fast.

again i ask how? if your only rebuttal is to say more countries in the IC than RLWC then that's pathetic. you have to qualify for the RLWC and many countries didnt like RUssia, Lebanon, Jamaica, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic (i think), RSA and many others.

And as far as your lack of intelligence goes, the rejection of the FACT that more countries play in our IC than your WC is proof enough of it. There should be NO qualification. EVERYONE should be there! That's if you want to expand your sport.

see we like having a legitimate tournament, and pitting hungary against australia doesnt achieve that.

soccer is expanding nicely, and guess what they have qualifiers.

reading some american threads after the USA vs Cook islands thread, they seem to love it. getting into the whole dominating at rugby like we dominate at everything mood haha. too bad its not on tv in america, poor management from an otherwise nicely done RLWC. although this one is about consolidating europe, through BBC covering games and france has someone doing it too. 17k sold out a couple of weeks in advance, nz vs france. and that was before SBW was confirmed to be playing, he played union in france.

2017 RLWC will expand into the americas and RSA. did you see the post i put of 7.2k people coming to a canada vs usa game? lolll try do that AFL.
