Swans4Ever, it's the now that's the issue. You can't project the future and the AFL won't let them. The AFL is investigating, and I'm predicting they'll veto the deal.
Mummy to GWS today, Collingwood to get White after they settle the issue with Daisy - Buddy looked pretty happy coming out of AFL HQ today - I think the deal will be done it will just be a matter of what Hawks do.
I thought trade week started tomorrow?
Anyway, Buddy I think has always expressed an interest in moving to Sydney for family reasons so naturally he would be happy with either the Swans or the Giants. So that means nothing in my book.

Lol ... Dave knows nothing .... He thinks he is an expert on qld and Sydney . Knows more about the Gold Coast because, as he said once, he has a friend who lives there. Gary Albert has been all over the news. The suns often lead the local win news, are always reported on the sports on all radio stations, and even the AFL finals led the other week before the nrl final. They even have one of the three commercial stations telecast all suns games. And as much as Dave hates to admit it, there are many locals born and bred following the game. Talking to a teenager the other day ... Private school, in the school union side, also has played league . Says he has a sore leg playing footy , I ask union or league ... No AFL, the kids at school play AFL at lunch he says... Someone took a screamer and corked his leg .... Seems even the private school kids are into it too up here ... But hey what would I know I live here but apparently on a bubble. I think Dave is confusing the Gold Coast with the Sunshine Coast ... League is very dominant there .. An AFL comp exists but definitely league territory . I always say Gold Coast is still nrl by a mile but I think the gap is getting smaller all the time
