My son went there last year and he just couldn't understand how people could stand the smell - people wondering around like a scene from the dawn if the dead - all those people hanging in the side of his bus on the way out trying to escape. I know Manuka. I've been to every GWS game in Canberra, not to mention the cricket in the summer. The crowd was accurate. As I said in my previous post, you can choose to put your fingers in your ears, close your eyes and wish the crowd was lower, but it wasn't.

Don't worry Drac - he thinks he's some self appointed righter of wrongs - loves to tell everyone about where they live but then won't be told about that shit hole Canberra! The truth is he is a closet Giants fan, thats why we NEVER hear him talk about the one team he professes to love! He is really desperate right now because the NRL as a whole couldn't get more people to the game than all the games of AFL played outside of Melb - then there is the total with Melb - the BIGGEST club in Sydney being an AFL club etc, etc, etc! He is really really really hurting right now - he's in a lot of pain and it ain't gunna get any better! (His only hope is 3 exhibition matches they play every year - but hey I suppose they have to have something to cheer for)
