the NRL averaged about 17,000 in Perth too in 2012
& the Glory have had crowds as low as 7,000 this season so far ... & will probably have again in 2013


& we have a low mark for 2013 in Melbourne already
5,461 ...... the Hearts crowd on New Years day
the Storms smallest crowd ever is about 6,500

It is after all the only professional football code team that the Storm can beat in Melbourne. However given the Heart are the 2nd Melbourne A League team, another Melbourne nRL team would be a better comparison. But we all know what a disaster another nRL team in Melbourne would be
