You idiot, use average crowds as the nRL have more matches (so they can get extra TV $).Striker wrote:9 clubs against 2 clubs will always favour the lesser when it comes to averages.

If Foxtel released their ratings for each capital city then we could better analyse their ratings. Sydney has the countries highest uptake of subscribers, so no doubt there would be plenty watching the Swans in Sydney on Fox Footy. What's the bet your samples are selected as well?Raiderdave wrote:here is a sample of ratings for the warriors in NZ from May n June this yearStewie wrote:Ratings for the Giants and Swans on 7mate and Foxtel in Sydney combined would beat the Warriors in NZ.Raiderdave wrote:combined .. they're FTA veiwership in Sydney

Re: Channel 9 rejects the nRL's draw
Swans games on 7mate usually range from 65k to 90k. Fox Footy matches involving the Swans normally get around 200,000. Let's say 30% of that 200,000 were Sydney siders, then you would have another 60,000 from Sydney watching on pay. So overall the figures are very similar to that of the Warriors. Add the Giants to the ratings, and you have AFL in NSW > NZ Warriors.Raiderdave wrote:it aint hard to estimate boof headStewie wrote:If Foxtel released their ratings for each capital city then we could better analyse their ratings.
