Yeah man, the Reds are killing it.

They better hope they keep winning, because $300,000 per match at Suncorp can be a bit of a noose around the neck at times huh?
watch their crowds slide again as the Lions are looking set to have a big 2013.

Yep, the Lions looked good in 2012 winning the games they should have won and pulled off 2 big upsets at home against West Coast and Adelaide. They should finish between 7th and 10th in 2013 before looking at a top 4 birth the year after. Teams don't bottom put forever Raiderdave, I hope you enjoyed the Lions poor form from the last few years because you won't seeing that for a while!

Stewie thinks another Brisbane NRL side wouldn't work because of the Crushers huh?

Well when the Crushers first entered in 1995, their crowd average was 21,029 while the high flying broncos 35,902, the broncos did lose a bit in the averages from the year before, but it was only 2k down from their 37,705 previously.

http://stats.rleague.com/rl/crowds/1995.html

Then SL hit and News got hold of the Broncos, the rest as they say is history.

No reason a second or even third team couldn't eventually be put into the area, it is after all one of RL's great heartlands in the world.
Well if they competed with the Broncos for more than one season in the same comp we may have had a different story!

You know what, you really are a thicker idiot than I first thought.

The Broncos scrapped into the 8 because they had a good start to the year this year, but you wouldn't know this as you don't watch the code, after their good start ******, SOO came along and after that, the Broncos went into a slump winning fuck all games until they were knocked out in the first final game.

Last year was more or less the same except they had a few more wins up before SOO and finished higher on the ladder, still didn't stop them being knocked out in straight sets did it, oh and the year before that, they didn't make the 8.

To you, that's good form because you looked at the ladder well after the games had finished, you have nfi.

I really don't know who the biggest bullshit artist is amongst you, Bea and that moron xman.

is the Broncos 2.3 Million dollar 12 mnth profit in 2012 from 34 million revenue ( for just their football operation ) bigger then whorethorns 1.3 Million dollar 12 mnth 2012 combined gaming & football operation profit from 43 Million revenue

add their gaming profits .. probably another 2.3 million
& who did better in 2012

we all know you have astoundingly little knowledge of finances .. i mean its mind boggling :-k

Ahh, hawthorns revenue was 48m. It was 43m without gaming.

And lets not get on to "profit" again  the broncos made 34m and spent 32m. Hawthorn made 43m and spent 42m. They benefited from 10m more spending. Better facilities, support staff, etc etc.

And unlike the broncos, hawthorn arent even close to our richest club.

yes lets ignore another 34m in revenue & another 2 million plus profits that belong to the Broncos
because it doesn't suit your argument

Your claim a revenue of 34m is better than 43m because they saved 1m more is laughable, as usual.

ah ....no ya didn't d head ...... according to you
the broncos made 34m and spent 32m
but in actual fact , the Broncos made 68M football & gaming combined ( not 34m) and spent 63M of it ( not 32m)

when it suits giggleball clubs .. they announce all of their revenue to look like big shots
when NRL clubs are shown to have far bigger combined revenues
flogballer fans go....ahhhhh..... ummm.. lets just talk about the football operations then 8-[
