So Bea, going to actually put in the link that the Storm itself loses $6 million a year or do I have to put in my link again that shows they can and do make a profit and the reason $6 million is given is to look after all the VRL competition?
Step up you old poof, either post the truth or be shown up in front of you're little vFL lovers here, you are nothing but a really hopeless piss poor troll, a good troll knows what they are talking about and they will make sure they can't be shown up.
That's not you though, is it.

Storm anyone? Continues to rape your competition despite the fact they cheat and no one follows them!

We haven't cheated since we lost our two flags, X! Back off!

yet still winning premierships. its a clayton's punishment. Take their previous trophies but ensure they stay successful so their few fans stay around.

... he can't fathom how they did it ....
survived being dismantled
Carlendon typical of the VFL & its gutless players .. just turned their toes up & stopped trying when they got a minor penalty
the Storm were pole axed ... but have a culture that should be botteld
no one would have blamed them for turning it up ... when faced with the penalties imposed by the NRL
but typical of the code of RL... & this clubs culture
they didn't.
Carlthorn ... soft
Storm .... tough as

What pushed us over the limit was the TOTAL playing base! Not the core base! The players had no idea the salary cap was being breached until it was exposed. The idiots were at board level, not on the playing field.

No
Players, including high profile players, were given back door deals. They had their own "special contracts" and a different "official" contract. They were therefore paid outside the salary cap and were therefore guilty.
Storm officials confessed on 22 April 2010 that the club had committed serious and systematic breaches of the salary cap for the last five years by running a well-organized dual contract and bookkeeping system which left the NRL ignorant of $3.78 million in payments made to players outside of the salary cap, including $303,000 in 2006, $459,000 in 2007, $957,000 in 2008, $1.021 million in 2009 and $1.04 million in 2010.

so the Storm spent 3.78 Million more then the other clubs over 5 years ... or 750K a year
& were hammered from pillar to post for it
the Swines in the same period spent 4.5 Million more then the other clubs .. or 900K a year
& won 2 premierships & wide acclaim
VFL ... an utter joke

One was deceitful and against the rules of that league.
The other was endorsed by the AFL as part of their equalisation strategy. Ever noticed Dave how the cost of living is more expensive in Sydney than Melbourne?
Therefore the Swans players are just catching up with the costs of players in other cities. Where as the storm players were living in a leass expensive city, AND taking out of contract payments
Filthy scum
