most would have been asking themselves & each other
no
most in the CBD today at lunchtime would have been to busy reading the latest in the papers & on their I phones about the Bulldogs mad monday & James Grahams 12 week suspension for biting
to even notice anything else

they just happened to be wearing red and white and cheering the swans.
What an amazing coincidence!!

I think you're right, all of the thousands of people present were merely there by happenstance. In fact, whenever I walk the streets of Sydney on a non-Swans parade day, I always think to myself "isn't it odd how the people of Sydney - on their way to lunch to talk about nRL ear biting - wear red and white and wave signs that say 'Go Swans' ." It's a mystery every time I see it. In fact, today's the only day it would actually have make sense, were it not just a massive coincidence.

Massive love for the swans in Sydney,

well thats how it works when you pay for it to be ... C head
Swines .. have to pay to be written about

You're such a tool. The swans are a great ambassador for the AFL and Sydney, unlike the storm or the bulldogs. They deserve the attention and support.
Your pay for comments line is wearing very thin and has absolutely no foundation of fact. It's just an excuse NRL fans use to help them sleep at night.
But feel free to post any evidence!

Other than 'you desperately wanting it to be true', do you have a source -
any source - to support your claims that all Swans publicity is paid for?
Presumably all of the people in the parade - who we all know were just there by happenstance on their way to talk about NSWRL at lunch - were also paid by the AFL to wear red and white and wave banners. My word the AFL's mastery of illusion knows no equal.

Today's Daily Telegraph has a double spread, colour Sydney Swans premiership poster. Did the owners of your club, News Ltd do the same in Melbourne today for the Storm? Does anyone care or give a stuff in Melbourne. Clearly not it would seem.

You're avoiding the point, B! I'm talking about the Sydney papers, not Melbourne! Come on, upload the back page and the front page of Monday's Telegraph!
