Rubbish. Youve always needed to prove your claim. If the claimant provides evidence to prove their claim the challenger can produce more evidence to disprove it. but the onus is on the claimant.

Oh bollocks there's no such precedent. There's atleast 5 cases in here which perfectly accommodate such standards. And no i will not bother going and finding them because we all know this case is a forgone conclusion. Now hurry up and pass me and raider our bs points Xman. What does it say at the top of this part of the forum? The Fight Club? No - it says BS files.

You wouldn't know the truth if you fell over it. I don't need to prove that there isn't any tanking. Nor do I have to prove the Swans didn't play dead. It's up to Raider (or you) to prove that it does happen.

Tanking was proven to be prevalent in the AFL last year by personal admissions of insider AFL staffers. I dont know whether the swans were ordered to run dead but I do know that noone has proven they weren't in this thread. And I can stand what you say TLPG. I've always encouraged you to have your say.

And finally, instead of ears Xman has two large bossoms and instead of a brain he has a small ass inside his head... which generates significant turds... which unfortunately he excretes far too often on this site.

Secondly TLPG cant even disprove raiders claim. What a farcical situation we have here and I'm only too happy to point it out and rub it in. That's what I'll do about it TLPG :D
