and if the Titans go well this year they will still be behind in members and crowds.
The Suns will build every year until they are a force. That will get the fans coming in a steady stream.

Yes, Australian Fooball played in about 60 countries more than rl.
National sport of Nauru.
Has plenty of Internationals between different countries.
AF IC has more patricipnats then the rlwc.
About 100k participants overseas,
Growing at fast rate overseas.
And at home ther number one game by the KPIs.
Oh, and rl ,
Crowds down 50% at one stage.
Only two clubs makin a profit.
One club playing without major sponsor.
Another club on death watch can't afford a CEO.
The whole league holding out for a big TV payout and only the only CH9 the likely sole bidder.
nrl players defecting to the AFL.
Relatives of rl greats playing AFL.
You've NO memory dave.

When you point out the facts as you've done above cos, is it any wonder why RL official, supporters and their media are freaking out.
RL a game in decline limited to some parts of two states in Australia. Way to go ARLC.

Oh, and rl ,
Crowds up after 2 rounds
Only two clubs not making a profit.
One club playing without major sponsor. same as the VFL
Another club on death watch , so about 5 less then the VFL
The whole league about to get a big TV payout
2 nrl players defecting to the VFL for money only .. showing up the VFL & their desperation
2 Relatives of rl greats playing VFL .. as they weren't tough enough to follow in their fathers footsteps
You've NO memory dave.
gee I had forgotten all of that cuzzy
thanks for clearing it up

30k F wit
& thats an OK crowd for the Titans .. considering the Raiders would be just about the lowest drawing away team they'd play against
the thuns had will be pulling plenty of crowds this size by the time this season is out.
they were touched up by the midgits last night
seriously are they kidding
101,400 for 4 games
after being 50K down after the first round
we're on track to be back to where we were after 2 rnds in 2011
NRL.. all ova it

I thought you said NRL crowds were catching up to the AFL. So far this year they've gone backwards.

Was not 30k
Stop trying to inflate the figure to make it look better.
CANTERBURY 30 (J Morris 3 G Eastwood B Goodwin tries S Turner 5 goals) bt ST GEORGE ILLAWARRA 4 (K Stanley try) at ANZ Stadium. Referee: Matt Cecchin, Ashley Klein.
Crowd: 29,641
In your own words "woeful is not a strong enough word"

well its not 28K like that F wit marcus was saying either is it
& yeah it was a poor turnout
gee
I wonder if the midgits will get to declare they were dissapointed with 30K in around 2014
I'd doubt it
they'll be doing a dance if they get the Titans crowd from last night of 11K .............

It was a game between two Sydney teams idiot! Plus it was in RL heartland!
If the Giants get near 30k in 2 years time they will be getting over double the storm who have had 5gf appearances in 14 years.

You're the one who raised it fool! I was just highlighting what a joke your suggestion of comparing an expansion teams crowds to a local derby was given the storm are less than half that number after 14 yrs.

we won't be comparing them for too long
they'll be comparable to Jim Beam cup matches
