All ratings fell in NZ last year because SKY upgraded their SKY boxes and it wasn't catching all the ratings.

So what you are saying is that the Pay TV boxes have been giving inflated figures for rl for years, and now, just now, they technically improved these pay TV boxes so they show truer lower ratings. =D> =D> =D>
