They've already asked for assistance from the ACT Government. Desperate times in Canberra.

I hear GWS already has more ACT members than the Raiders. True story.

a financially strong club are the mighty Raiders
more reserves & backing then most AFL clubs

I tell you what would worry them .... if they were signing members up at a rate of 12 a day

they were up to 30% of their 10K 2011 total at the end of last week
so about 3K
