Well seems some care me personally i would think it unfair to set up a team in an area without done assistance as it would have them at an extreme disadvantage. So the debate needs to be maybe as to whether it is too much an advantage outweighing the disadvantages. Look at the lions and players who went home for instance. Clubs in traditional areas do not have that as much of am issue.
I think when the nrl go to perth they will do similar.
