AFL Russia was on TV a few months back, they had 10 people playing in a cow paddock, half were expats and they said they could have a ten team comp if they find another 90 players.

So not only is it a joke with jumpers and PVC being used as posts (when swings sea-saws, trees and slippery dips aren't around) , but they don't even play with the proper amount of players.
