AFL did well on the Gold Coast yesterday with two games. I tell you what though ... if the suns continue to serve up that rubbish people will stay away.... it was atrocious and atmosphere was severely lacking. The reason AFL gets good crowds is because the game day atmosphere is amazing usually ... that's what I think anyway... last night left me lacking .... the girls game however was fantastic. Sure the skills aren't as good and there are basic errors but there was something about it that had the whole crowd involved. It was far better.
