& being bigger in NSW .. even much bigger if you like

has gotten it nowhere
95% of NSWhmen have no interest in it .. none

& unlike Aust Rules 100 year plus presence in NSW
RL's venture .. serious venture into Victoria .. is only 13 years old

we have a better product
we will succeed .. maybe not in our life time
but it will happen

Absolute crap Raider. The highest ever rating football games in this country have all involved the Sydney Swans in grand finals on the back of massive tv ratings in NSW. Oh and your post doesn't explain why the Swans have more members than any other NRL club in NSW and bigger crowds and sponsorship deals than any other NRL club in NSW. Wake up will ya.

games .... or game ... its 1 , the 2005 Grand final
lots of Sydneysiders had a look
the Swans made the GF in 2006 too ... a lot LESS sydneysiders bothered then ... & the 2006 NRL grandFinal outrated it

& most Sydneysiders haven't been in the slightest bit interested since
thems the facts
deal with it

Deal with the fact that - as Beau said - the Swans have more members than any NSW NRL club. I call that not bothering on a rather more dangerous scale!

The fact also that the Swans average attendance is still higher than all NRL clubs except for Brisbane shows that Sydneysiders ARE interested.

THEMS the facts
Deal with it

the swans have about 25K members .. only 20K in Sydney
NSW NRL clubs combined have 141K members

Swans average 28K to games in NSW
NSW NRL clubs Combined average attendances
179K

the swans average about 40K a telecast on prime time FTA Tv in Sydney
the average for an FTA NRL telecast in Sydney is about 350K

you can have one person being a member .. one person attending games & one watching on TV & claim theres

" interest "

its all relative

but you can also put lipstick on a pig
but
its still a pig

Average is average. You can't combine averages like that. That's not maths. That's cooking the books by a gorilla!
you can do anything you like with numbers

1 & 1 =2
its exactly the same

I dunno what they teach down in Victoria
but thats how the rest of the world works

1 + 1 = 2 is not an average.

1 + 1 / 2 = 1 is an average.
