rednecks ?
And this policy of the NRL's for week one finals continues to create problems , with us now having these small suburban clubs pushing to play more finals at these entirely inadequate venues.leeroy*NRL* wrote: Wed Sep 18, 2024 2:36 pmJust to show how NRL Works on the weekend that passed
Canterbury v Manly at Olympic Park with 50k watched in attendance
If Manly had won the previous week, they would of played 30km North at a Suburban Ground
where 17k would of attended.
100% Crowds in Sydney can not really get bigger than 20k Average with 70% of club games being at SUBURBAN Grounds with 17k to 20k LimitsFred wrote: Wed Sep 18, 2024 4:00 pmMaybe the nrl need to take a leaf from the AFL re: ground rationalisation - it will happen - but when ?

All finals in Sydney at either Accor , Allianz or Commbank for the first 2 weeks
prelims at Accor or Allianz
Manly , Roosters , Sharks , Dragons at Allianz .... possibly Souths too as they're looking at moving there soon.
Tigers , Bulldogs , Parramatta & Penrith , at Accor , with the last 2 able to be at Commbank for weeks 1 & 2 of the finals
no ifs
no buts
Locked in for 2025leeroy*NRL* wrote: Wed Sep 18, 2024 4:08 pm100%azif wrote: Wed Sep 18, 2024 3:51 pmAnd this policy of the NRL's for week one finals continues to create problems , with us now having these small suburban clubs pushing to play more finals at these entirely inadequate venues.leeroy*NRL* wrote: Wed Sep 18, 2024 2:36 pmJust to show how NRL Works on the weekend that passed

Are Souths looking to move to SFS in 2025 ? or they still locked in
I can guarantee Crowds for that season alone would jump by 50% just by moving there.
ok thanks.azif wrote: Wed Sep 18, 2024 4:23 pmLocked in for 2025leeroy*NRL* wrote: Wed Sep 18, 2024 4:08 pm100%azif wrote: Wed Sep 18, 2024 3:51 pm

Was sailing to a sellout on Wed , but stalled a bit. But we got there in the end.
2500 down on their 2022 prelim & 4000 shy of capacity
