Alot of money and infrastructure has been pumped into this City.
they are slowly going through a generational change.
teams and abroad have been attending with no issues for years.
to packed stadiums..

Great news. I see the new stadium is going to hold 25k - that's a perfect size for a PNG team. And yep the joint is probably safer than the Peoples republic of Victardia lolololololol.
