The Eels Ave per game for the 5 years before closure is 12778
The stadium average for the same period is 13617, major leagues only.
These are the benchmarks I have decided to use unless otherwise convinced by rational argument.

Stadium history figure is incorrect counted some home games played away for wanderers correct 5 year average is 11729
