And I would hardly call Roy Masters a reliable source on the subject! Also note that if the NRL "dealt with it" 15 years ago - IIRC that was nearly 5 years AFTER the AFL "dealt with it" the same way (I'll bet). It was 1993 IIRC that Nicky Winwar had his run in with Collingwood fans showing his skin colour under his jumper. So the NRL were behind even 20 years ago!!

Alls I know is the AFL is more prone to racism. And it has a nasty problem with employing racists.

Neither organisation can be responsible for their fans. But they should be for their employees and well done to the AFL for dismissing a few of their racist employees this year. The AFL's next step is to ensure they stop employing racists.

While neither code can control fan's they can take action against racist acts. The AFL do, the NRL dont. That is essentially condoning it.

Yes Johnsy slipped through the crack i must say. His comments were quite wrong and racist but not nearly as shameful as those of the AFL employees this year.

Xman is right. If there's a problem in the AFL with employing racists, they can deal with it and will. The NRL won't because they are inundated with racists. Including fans like KE. Dealing with one person is like bailing out a sinking boat with a sieve.

You refuse to provide the 100 or so countries you claim are represented in the NRL.
You ignore the fact that the AFL has a massive ethnic diversity, which is an obvious lie.
I wasn't going to mention this, but I have it on good authority that you aren't welcome at Traeger Park and you being a racist is why.

And when you are called on it, you attack the messenger which is typical of a racist who has been exposed.

Want to prove me wrong?
1. Provide the 100 countries that are represented in the NRL.
2. Acknowledge that Italian and Greek is not anglo and accept them as being a part of the AFL community and welcome them.
3. Call on the NRL to do as much as the AFL is doing about racism.
4. Admit that you really don't know much about the AFL and it's grass roots and it's efforts to combat racism.

As for the Traeger park bs, umm Xman, it seems our resident dictator TLPG is trying to set a precedent for the fightclub. i.e. blatant direct lies regarding another members character is ok? 2. Until you prove the 100 countries, your argument is not valid - therefore it is racist via lying and subterfuge
3. Lying about diversity is racist

And on the last one - don't blame me. Someone in Darwin who was in the Alice when you were there (so you claim) has seen your nonsense and he told me he remembers someone like you playing in the two's in the CAFL. I was talking to him about historical stuff and this site come up in casual conversation. The person he was talking about HAS been banned from Traeger Park under the CAFL Code of Conduct. The only iffy part is whether or not it was you. Flat out denial won't convince me. You need to provide the year you played and the club you played for.
