Both finals series were flops: I didn't even see the second half of the AFL final because we were all kicking the footy in everyone's front yard by then... Forgot to come in after the second half!
We had some porterhouse steak burgers .... and loads of beer!

The AFL finals were not total a flop
The AFL totally murderd the nrlol in ratings and crowds!
They charged a premium for the product and attracted traffic crowds! The nrlol couldn’t sell $15 tickets and resorted to giving g them away and still fudged numbers the crowd were still shit

Now that matter is all settled, please, ahem, allow me. I've said it before but I'll say it again.
There was only one game in 8 AFL finals that was a decent close competition. In fact if you compare the 2017 AFL finals series alongside each and every individual round of AFL footy in 2017, there was not one round of footy with anywhere as many massively lopsided matches!!!
As I've said and prophesised all along... The 2017 AFL finals series was nothing more than a piece of lopsided dogshit

I thought the nrl finals out rated the AFL finals ? Hence when head to head the nrl won the ratings? So that would be one measure they won and a good one at that as removes the whole crap re: concurrent games etc. so we can at least give that one to the nrl.

No the nrlol was flogged in every game ratings wise. Same as last year and the year before that! Yet the nrlol loons still try and claim victory
