Theres a reason the Swans membership & gate revenues dwarf that of any sydney NRL side, which might also explain why their sponsorship revenue also smashes any club in the NRL.

What they dont do is have a pokies facility to grant them funds or own them outright, and that literally had nothing to do with attendances.

Bluey rated 31,000 in Sydney - the game as programmed rated 71,000 in Sydney, but that will change in consolidation due to time overruns - and The AFL game and postmatch it was the top two rated multi channel program nationally.

AFL prgramming was the top 3 multichannel broadcasts in Sydney on Friday night. Postmatch, game and Armchair experts after - all more than double Bluey.

Id say thats deflected.
