Parramatta had over 22k members last season, what the make up is I couldn't care less because it's all money, just because some people can only get to a few games a year because of where they live doesn't mean they should be treated differently.
22k is more than 16k, always has been and always will.
Could we look at the other criterias too, or will that make it look even worse for your lot?
That's how dumb you are.

Considering we have to cap the number, because
1) we have to leave a certain percentage of capacity for away crowd
2) a further amount need to be allowed for walk ups.
These are the rules all HAL clubs must abide by.
Now I know this has been explained to the NRL fan boys on here a few times, but clearly they are too thick to comprehend.

So you don't care if 8,000 of those are pet memberships, lol a very different club than the Wanderers, who get pissed if the 17,000 who bought season tickets don't turn up.
You NRL boys are happy that your members can't get to a game, so long as they can lick themselves. Lol

Why would they care about something you've made up in your own mind? Ive looked around, theres no basis for this that I can see.
It is a generic term for a membership that doesn't allow you anything more than to put a sticker on a car and maybe 10% off sponsors products.
It is not a membership as it doesn't give you access to a game
And apparently it is ok as NRL fan boys don't care if 8000 of their 22,000 total are like that, lol so long as it makes it more than 17,0000. Pretty pathetic

The_Wookie wrote:Theres literally no data that suggests they have 8,000 pet memberships. You've flatout made the figure up. I know what a fucking pet membership is.
12,400 or whatever was in the paper linked to on here 22,000 claimed on here the difference about 8,000 what the fuck is so hard to understand
8000 people they claim as members because they get to put a fucking sticker on a car?
I used a derogatory term pet membership, nothing made up. Jesus you can be thick when you want to

the make up of the total should matter
there is a significant difference between a paid season ticket holder who's spent nearly $200 or maybe even more vs a non ticketed "supporter member" that has spent $9 on a show bag and stickers
i held a supporter membership with sfc 7 years ago before i made the jump to being a full member and then a season ticket holder. Cost me virtually nothing(if you're under 18 then it's usually for free) and the only benefits you get are a few stickers, a cap and priority access to final series tickets
clubs across all codes are trying to convert junior and lower end memberships into season tickets all the time because financially it's their bread and butter
5000 season tickets is better for cash flow than 15000 'supporter memberships' in any measurement

In fact, iirc, around 2k of those were sold just for the Darwin game, the done the same when they took a game to country NSW, why shouldn't those people who turn up to their one and only game of the year, some people maybe their first game ever be treated differently or not counted in the official numbers?
They paid their money, they went to the game they paid for, who is not to say a lot of those people might have bought an out of state membership or a regional membership, what is wrong with that, other sports do the same thing the world over and they are counted, but not if it's a Rugby League side.

Because that argument is the same as if you go watch a game then you are a member, hence GWS giving away free tickets to school kids and then claiming all of them as members. You guys would crucify them for doing that. What you are saying is similar
