everything. The AFL games are all shown concurrently while none of the NRL games are. Adding them together makes the AFL in front by miles! =D>pussycat wrote:Xman wrote:AFL are smashing them! =D>

Your lame-arse excuses are sickening! Last night there were 2 rival matches shown at 7.30 - both 100% overlaping. Swans v Collingwood 230k , West v Saints 260k. Whats the excuse???Xman wrote:everything. The AFL games are all shown concurrently while none of the NRL games are. what are you on about? the NRL was shown in isolation on Fox sports2. It got 260kpussycat wrote:Your lame-arse excuses are sickening! So youre telling me 261k watched tigers v saints and the Cowboys v warriors got 63k. Well there we have it folks! Split audience which added together only reaches 324k, about the same as a regular NRL game on Saturday night.pussycat wrote:More BS XMan - ive told you before, your posting in the wrong section of the forum - you want the BS section.
Two games are usually shown at 7.30 Saturday night. The viewers is given the option of which game he watches by selecting a button.
No viewers,(Maybe 1/2 a dozen), Would fork out for Pay Tv Add free , HD blah blah blah, and then whatch FTA. So your theory is Stuffed and your excuses are lame (just like your game).
what it confirms is exactly what all AFL supporters have been saying. Showing concurrent games dousnt double your audience total, it splits the average and your total ends up the same.pussycat wrote:Meaning the other game , even with the NZ audience not included still managed almost as many as you'se lot. And I see we smashed you again on Sunday - You lot are so pathetic!
all along youve been denying that concurrent gams makes a difference. Yet the first NRL games shown concurrently resulted in an NRL game with ratings of only 63k. If this game had have been shown in isolation it would have got 200-300k in that time slot. Plus your other 7.30 game was low because the audience was split making both a poor result according to your logic.pussycat wrote:The reason both codes numbers are down is because of the olympics!
Both codes have two games fully overlapping , live at 7.30. Your game is between Collingwood (easily the most supported side in the AFL) and the Swanettes (the team coming 1st in the AFL), The result???- a 30 000 win to the NRL. The Second game was an 8 000 win to the AFL but one of the teams involved NZ, is not counted. Allowing for all this the NRL finish 22 000 ahead, or 11K a game.
PS. And even the Total Audience for 3 AFL games doesn't even get close to the NRL's audience for 2

Fact is this audience split applies to all but the AFLs FN game resulting in much lower results for individual telecasts. Yet adding the concurrent results together shows the true audience.
Thats why your list is such BS and actually shows why the AFL is a far more popular TV sport. =D>
rubbish. almost all have been a 5.30 game then a 7.30 gamepussycat wrote:Xman wrote:all along youve been denying that concurrent gams makes a difference.
