That's what AFL fans usually do ,No rep games ,no all 4 & 20 pie team to represent their country .
Us RL fans have plenty to watch.
Nothing like watching your players line up in the Green & gold & sing the Anthem ,before taking on old foes England & NZ.
100+ yrs of international rivalry.
Sadly derpballers don't know what its like to represent your country at your chosen sport
Yes if that's what you believe, Ice hockey is played overseas and you can represent your country - Lawn bowls -Field Hockey - Polo etc etc. Doesn't mean those sports are superior to AFL either, RL is the Sport of choice of NSW and QLD - the biggest difference between those previous sports I mentioned and RL and representing your country. They are picked from Australia Wide same as AF. RL fans love to tell us that their Kangaroos represent Australia in reality they represent the NRL SOO squads as 4 states of Australia are not involved!

of course they represent all of us
hence our nations name & coat of arms on the left breast over our players hearts as they represent their country in their chosen sport
just the same as soccer , union , cricket... basketball ... netball .. baseball ... hockey
in fact ... every sport there is just about .... do
Victorian rules players cannot do this
hence they are not whole as sportsmen ... & never will be
young people avoiding this crap sport do so for good reason
tis the tiniest on the planet

When does the AFL rep team play .?????????????????????????????????????????????????????.
Who do they play??????????????????????????????????????????????????
Nothing eats at a derpball fan more than the fact that their sport is so insignificant that no other country has a pro or semi pro comp.No chance for their players to play for their country at their backward little sport.
the best they can do is stand on a stage & get a pie.

The Kangawhos represent some parts of NSW and QLD. Don't kid yourself into thinking anyone else in Australia cares or feels they represent them.

When do the 4&20 team get to rep their country.

And don't it hurt that MOST of Australia is more interested in suburb v suburb than a team that represents NSW and QLD SOO - it really hurts and you blokes just can't understand it!

We don't need to. We have tremendous crowds that your poor sport can only dream of, and an International Cup that is better organised and allows for terrific development unlike your joke of a WC (as in toilet!!).
In a generation as long as development progresses in the rate of knots it is, we'll have an international match.

Its all Dave's fault that rl is having a very successful WC.
& derpballs iC is about as popular as a dose of the shits on a camping trip.
Its all daves fault ,daves fault.

Errr no - you said the TOP 5 sporting events in Australia ". A top event can be defined in a number of ways, you did not mention TV Ratings - the top 5 crowds I'm sorry to break it to you are ALL AFL - TV ratings you ONLY get in there on SOO - revenue, sponsorship you lose again so if your going to make a GENERAL STM expect to be wrong, if you going to look at ONLY one area well, nice twisting there - twisting more than chubby checker!
