BS file#4: How did that Melbourne Storm game come about? Oh that's right, trying to cash in on the ANZAC tradition in the AFL. Do you lot ever come up with anything original?

Claimant: Beaussie

Challenge: 2340 21/01/12

Challenger: parraEelsNRL

Summary:
Another example of a claim that had a specific context but was challenged on the assumption it meant something else. This was clearly evident by the challengers question following the claim, which was never answered and therefore not part of the claim. The claimant has fulfilled his requirement and explained his claim, which has merit. The challenger needs to learn not to challenge possible ambiguous claims.

Decision and recommendation: in favor of the claimant who is awarded a best and smartest point.

What the hell. How did this end up as a BS file? I posed a question and then stated an opinion followed by another question
Clearly Beaussie never made a claim at all, he stated an opinion, but our adjudicator says...

Do you actually read the files at all Xman?

Shut your corrupt mouth Clancy Wiggum. Those with heightened levels of consciousness know you were very lucky to get out of this one without a BS point. Those with severely dulled senses and levels of awareness could be the only ones to offer you a Best and Smartest point here.

And doesnt beaussie know it!

And one more time for the dumb dulled senseless dummies

Backpedal my F'ing arse, Dunce! Debbie tried to press Beaussie's statement way out of context and it failed! It was clear that Beaussie was talking about the Storm and Warriors stealing from the event idea created by Collingwood and Essendon! It had nothing to do with just playing on ANZAC Day! Beaussie stuck to his guns and deserves the B&S point.

 Beaussie said he made no "claim" whatsoever

Yet he was given a point for defending his "claim"

Oh the vile stench of corruption in here is thick and suffocating! Watch the members drop out like individual mafia targets, one by one. [-X

Wow you really are getting desperate

He made a statement without qualifying it as his opinion hence its a claim. This rule has been acknowledged all along.
