In the last ten years the AFL has added two men's teams, eight women's teams, huge participation increases particularly in the women's game, stadia, members the list goes on.
Now if you graph all this the trend line would have an upward trajectory.
Do the same for the NRL. Flat as a Shit Carters hat.

As for dynamic as opposed to static, generally refers to movement.
Now you might want to watch a game of AFL to be sure, but the ball travels further in a quarter of AFL than almost an entire game of NRL.

That would be home and away and finals .. the competition that works toward the grand final winner as supposedly the best side of the year. I believe the two conpetetitions are being compared here as to the sports themselves.

Soo can be counted ... no one said that. When comparing the nrl season (as opposed to Rl in general) you are comparing the AFL season to the nrl season. Soccer internationals impact player selection and fatigue etc for a league matched yet when we are looking at a league ratings we of course don’t add in soccer international game ratings. We may if we were comparing soccer games against AFL games or Rl against soccer. There is a difference.
