legend lol. He won a brownlow in a great season but didnt really do much else. He played on too long, being hampered by knee injuries which ruined the latter part of his career, and he wouldnt have been an AFL player last year if he hadnt been playing for a club missing most of their players due to suspension

Get with the program .
We are now talking Meninga V Mark Jackson

As usual the athlete won out .
But I'll give jacko credit .
He probably caught more punches in that fight than he caught balls on the fumble field

Jacko a legend.... :(/

He was well known for being a lunatic, not for anything he did relating to the actual game

So if you moved to the other side of the world and they played a sport called farnarkling and you'd seen it on the news but never took the time to give it nothing more than a cursory interest but then you see that they are playing a game on say Brisbane or Toowoomba or Warwick or Gold Coast etc... wouldn't that spark you interest just a little?
:(/ :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/
Oh my .
The game has certainly sparked interest levels in China.

Deludio, a good but not great AFL player, was beaten by one of your best players of all time. Yet Deludio beat Tuqiri easily

Let's ignore where the fumbler got smashed & focus on a player in the twilight of his career .
Lol & you did excatly what I posted
Started talking down DILDo

The usual ploy when the fumblers get flogged .
Apparently he was an ALL Aust
Considered an elite player .
Just bog average when he came against a RL player

twighlight or not he, and Sailor were RL players and were easily beaten by most of the athletes. I'm being realistic about Deledio, he's been a veryy good Richmond player but far from a great player, unlike Slater in RL. Deledio made AA selection which is a filed of 40. That doesnt come close to Slater's achievements

he had 2 AA years, which means he was in the top 40 players in the game for those 2 years.
Rising star and best first year player are for the best first year player.
Ian Stewart medals are for Richmond's best player for that year

That's basically it, a good first year, two good seasons, and then ...........................

You honestly think that stacks up to Slater?

Individual

2004: Dally M Peter Frilingos Memorial Award for the headline moment of the year

To best honest ... if you were to ask me the top100 AFL players delidio wouldn't even be on the radar. Those awards mentioned most I have never heard of. He looks like he had a couple of good years. Slater is a legend of Australian sport. He would be good at any sport.
