they signed a contract with pirtek to host all their games there...guess they underestimated their own growth

the ffa even tried to move one of the derbies in the regular season to anz but pirtek blocked it, threatened to sue etc...stupid as hell...but whatever

the FFA do reserve the right however, to move a derby game to ANZ if it's in the playoffs...so here's to me hoping sydney play wsw in the playoffs this season...would sell out the place imo

as far as the cap goes, i have no idea. doesnt make sense to me. their memberships are tracking better than last year yet they decided to decrease it

my only theory is that pirtek sold more stadium memberships this year and don't have many seats for specific club members left

either that or maybe the wanderers want more out of walk-up fans

the eels dont need a cap as they play at anz
