I still like Sydney NRL teams having Home Ground Advantage i think it is a great think and very tribal.
Just the stadiums fitting 15k to 20k MAX is just too small.
30k would be a good number for say

All stadiums below are 20k and under
Kogarah
leichhardt
Brookvale
Shark Park
Campbelltown
Belmore
Wollongong
Panthers only stadium in 2 years which will fit 25k to 30k

rarely comes in any more to spruik ... because theres nothing to spruik about
