Name the NRLs four to 5 genuine flag chances Xman. And as ive said countless times, the diff between the AFL bottom sides and the NRL bottom sides is the level of their competitiveness. The AFLs bottom four dont compete with anyone but themselves or a middle ranked side that is having a bad day out. The NRL bottom four still put up a fight against pretty much all the other sides in the comp but are just that bit off in re to skills, fitness, strategy etc. Just that bit off.

The NRL have a standout premiership favorite in the storm. Only 2 teams have been given odds of 9-1 or less http://www.way2bet.com.au/sportsbet/Rug ... 9710/41945

The AFL have 5 teams in contention with odds 9-1 or less http://www.way2bet.com.au/sportsbet/AFL ... 9708/41939

The AFL will always have much wider odds. It's a higher scoring game where the better team on the day will win the majority of the time. In the NRL some games are won with as little as 2 scores. Not only is this an absolute bore it means luck or poor reffing can have a large influence on games like this. What a joke!

Clear as crystal eels. Superb research. I'm just spewin i put 20 on the eels to win at 23/1 before the season started. Look at the odds i could get now. I might just put a sly extra 10 on them before the next round.

the AFL bottom 6 basketcase tanksters? I wouldnt throw 10c on them. They're aiming for the draftys. Do they have betting on who'll come last in the AFL comp this year? Now that'd be tricky to pick. THe competition down there is fierce for that bottom spot and I for one cant wait to watch the spectacle of Brisban versus the GC this weekend. It'll be funny to watch who can make the most mistakes in front of goal!

Not the titans but the eels yes. I think they can turn it round and have a crack. They did it on 2009 and in 2001 and almost took the trophy.

Whats a joke is the WCE v Haw game, not one goal in the first quarter, from what i just saw 21 scoring points and the score is 19 to 12. I am sure I just read an update from you suggesting the AFL girls can kick the ball straight. I beg to differ.

Round 4 saw only 1 thumping out of 9 games, and that was the suns who we all know will improve over the next few years.

But some great games:
Freo In a ripper!
Bombers in a huge upset =D> =D>
Pies against a much improved power
Adelaide fairly easily over the giants who are improving every week. In fact they looked great in the second quarter
Eagles in a scrappy but thrilling game
Lions easy over suns
Cats in a close one over tigers
Bulldogs in a close on over demons
Swans impressive over kangaroos

The race for the flag is probably open for Geelong, hawthorn, eagles, pies, blues, with the swans, bombers and Freo threatening seriously.

This is the most even race for the flag that I can remember! =D> =D>

Another massive Anzac day for the AFL with a huge crowd and massive ratings watching one of the best Anzac day games in recent years.

Only 1 point separating the teams. #-o damn!
