the facilities reflect the popularity of their use. The MCG, Adelaide oval and Perth's new stadium reflect these faicilites extensive use by the public. Same as the tennis precinct in Melbourne. It is upgraded regularly because the public just keep on supporting the event at record levels. The cost becomes justified because it benefits so many peopleleeroy*NRL* wrote: Tue Feb 27, 2018 4:51 pmwe are not talking about just League Union Soccer hear....NlolRL wrote: Tue Feb 27, 2018 4:48 pmlol, the crowds in Sydney for most events are poor, so why should they reward that with improved facilities?leeroy*NRL* wrote: Tue Feb 27, 2018 10:58 amexactly>>

Because, as stated above, sports fans in AFL states use their stadia extensively so upgrades were justified based on the priorities of the local populationsAFLcrap1 wrote: Wed Feb 28, 2018 1:03 pmIt tells me that AFL fans are the biggest hypocrites I've ever seen .
Not a peep out of them when about 2 billion of govt money are spent on their stadia .
Yet when It's about to happen for rectangle sports they carry on like it's the end of the world .
Not a fucking peep when the AFL stadia had hundreds of million spent on them in SYDNlolRL wrote: Wed Feb 28, 2018 3:57 pmBecause, as stated above, sports fans in AFL states use their stadia extensively so upgrades were justified based on the priorities of the local populationsAFLcrap1 wrote: Wed Feb 28, 2018 1:03 pmIt tells me that AFL fans are the biggest hypocrites I've ever seen .

this is not just for local sports and events but internationally..
it warrants an upgrade for the need to host major events>>
which at the moments the facilities are not up to scratch>>
RUGBY UNION have stated the ground is not up to world cup level to host the world cup>>
what does that tell you NlolRL
