Thank you, Phelpsy. That is correct, excpet to say that the concentrated area definitely has more influence. It is also easier to target as I previously explained than a wide ranging wild market like a regional area of any state, let alone New South Wales. The link only provides numbers. It does not provide markets because there is no single market over an entire region. There is a single market in a single city.

What about Tooheys or Toyota - Audience concentration would affect ? what about of 50% of adds

Your also forgeting that places like G.Coast , Newcastle, ACT, wollongong etc.. are the 6th 7th 8th etc biggest cities in this country.

Tooheys is only relevant to New South Wales and the ACT because it is from that state. Each state has it's own core beer - Queensland for instance has XXXX. I'm not sure about South Australia's. Toyota would have a larger interest in Adelaide than any individual New South Wales regional town or city because there are more people there. Much larger when compared to Newcastle - I believe Adelaide is three times the size if my memory serves. So Toyota would make more advertising in Adelaide than they would in Newcastle - or even Newcastle and Wollongong combined.

Thank you for that information, The Wookie.

There is interest in rugby league in Adelaide. If there wasn't then there would be no SARL.
