Lions, Suns, a Perth team , Nth Melb . 4 of 18 not shown = 22%.

We already know how uneven your comp is. you only need look at the scores each week.
How many games do bottom 4 nrl sides get on friday night?

Stop with your excuses. Your best games are usually friday night and they get beaten

AFL: worst 4 = 0
NRL: worst 4 = 11matchews
Is that Fridays or thursdays as well?

I only counted 6 of your friday 7.30 games with bottom 4 sides, and you have 3 more rounds than us.

We have 4 friday 7.30 games involving a bottom 4 side from last year

This conversation was originally abut Thursday and Friday. But if you want to change it to just Friday than your worst is Still zero matches, Freemantle 0, The Lions 0, The Suns 0 . Nth Melb. 0 and as stated our worst 4 have 6.

For a team that traditionally plays its match of the round on a Friday night that is just pathetic. [-(

You constantly claim we target Friday so thats what i reviewed.

Carlton, lions, suns and nth melb were our worst 4 last year, and they have 4 Friday night games.

Furthermore, we have Saturday FTA for all sides, and those bottom sides get plenty.

You have 6 FN FTA games involving bottom 4 sides, and we have 4. Yet we have more teams and less rounds. Your excuse is theregor debunked, again

Whatever spin you want to put on it, there your worst rating teams . There are over 200 games in a season, You might only like to include your better rating sides. but they all have to play eventually. That's why we will win gold this year - just like we do every other year :thumbleft:

Both comps include their better rating teams on Fridau nights. Stop making excuses for your flogging last year.

Fremantle 160k while the lions rated 77k at the same time. Plus both games were on FTA. You still too stupid to understand competing games split audience?

Fremantle had a home crowd of nearly 50k last night. Popularity is not their problem

Here we go again
Still ignoring how those matches were telecast into HOME MARKETS ato get the bigger share of viewers.

Jesus
What they lose in viewers by telecasting games at the same time they gain by picking up home town viewers .

But that' destroys all your bullshit arguments so you just ignore it

So the storm got ratings about what the Swans get on FTA in SYD.

Strange how the word BOMBED isn't used by you when talking about their ratings .

Lol but it will be by us RL fans when talking about Swans ratings .
From April 1 last year

Fri TV #AFL #AFLDogsSwans 864k, Metro Seven 496k (Mel 391k Ade 105k) 7mate 149k (Syd 41k Bri 30k Per 78k), Regional 219k (Vic 94k Tas 45k)

BOMBED?

I havent ignored it, quite the opposite. Last night our 2 games targeted 2 heartland markets (Mel, Perth) and one expansion market (Bris).

One game involving a Mel v Perth team would have achieved almost the same ratings given Brisbane rate 20-40k for AFL irrespective of who plays. So 2 games pretty much rated what a single game would have rated anyway, or certainly close to it.

So no, targetting a few home markets with 2 hone games will not gain enough viewers to make up for concurrent games.

Furthermore, we have 3 heartland metro markets with 2 cities sharing 4 teams. You have 2 metro heartland markets with 1 team representing 1 entire market. You regularly target that entire market in 1 game. We cant do that without multiple games

Bullshit that's your opinion .
& if it was affecting the ratings so much the AFL would have changed it .

You keep saying they've sacrificed $$$$$ in this regard ..I've yet to see one shred of evidence of this .ponly your say so ..which isn't that good

Opinion?

FFS every Friday the AFL rate around 1m for a single AFL game, even when it involves middle ladder teams from 1 city. On Saturday night they get around the same figure or less for 2 games involving teams from multiple markets. It isnt my opinion, its fact....

So why don't the AFL change it? Because ratings arent their only priority

Geeze you bubble dwellers are a daft lot.

Able to add ratings at anytime of a Saturday. Fox even includes another channel . Matches shown to there own states. At least 1 FTA Match and next to know opposition ...but, but ,but , but, but, but..........................

I notice how quick you bubble dwellers are to try band turn the discussion back to crowds once the facts get a bit hard :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/
