They must have been confused that the women who played in the WRL looked like unfo fatties like the RL men’s league but of a lower unskilled comp level :hmm:

The AFLW made a spectacular return with a great vibe for Geelong’s first-ever game in the competition, played in front of a partisan home crowd of 18,429 and producing a thrilling finish with the home team getting up. https://www.theage.com.au/sport/AFL/gee ... 50vbb.html

A third preseason really showed.
And the new rules worked a treat.
