There are no buts. The swans crowd reflected a de acreage in crowds in Sydney overall. The NRLs GF replay got a disastrous 14k! Yep, a big game with 2 NRL Sydney team got less than half the swans crowd! :_<>

Yet apparently no one in Sydney cares for the swans. If thats the case they mustn't like RL anymore

Wrong. 22% down according to Wookie, and he's always correct. It's been a very odd start to the year with the split round. It will be interesting to see if it recovers. If it doesn't I'd say they won't start the season with a split round with no major stadiums again

They were well above the last round so the stadiums were certainly an issue for the first round. Fact is the first few rounds are usually loaded with big matchups to kick the season off. Having an opening round where only smaller stadiums were available meant it contained no big matches, and suffered accordingly. This round still averaged over 35k a game with games in 5 states. I can't say I'm concerned about that.

I think it'll take a number of rounds to recover from the very low opening round.

is an average Friday for our game in the harbour city
