I don't think they do. TV ratings for nrl are similar to AFL yet in every other domain AFL kills the nrl.

What sized profit did the organizations make last year? A D getting out, the other rats will soon leave the sinking ship.

yep thats why the swans have better memberships, crowds, revenue sponsorship levels than every other NSW based NRL club

those tv figures do a fat load of good for the clubs....
massive debt debt levels, struggling for sponsorship, fudged 10k crowds, the only thing that keeps the clubs alive are pokes & tax payer funding
all a NRL club needs to do is raise 15 million for its football department, 7 million of that is already given by the NRL commission & the clubs still cant come up with the remaining 8million

Tell that to numerous nrl people here on the gc. Last few weeks have all been about how the titans are struggling and there are no grass roots players coming through due to many kids playing AFL.
