An increase due to a 100% increase in prime time FTA games, and a 60% increase in foxtel games

The only change to our broadcast schedule after 9 rounds, despite our massive Massive
Massive increase in ratings is 7 live matches instead of 7 delayed matches. As well as 27 FTA matches being simulcast (Something that shouldn't make a difference, according to AFL followers).

I'm not sure about those ratings for Lions vs Swans in Sydney and Brisbane, as Sydney, and I'm assuming Brisbane got the Channel 7 game of Blues vs Bombers game live on Sunday arvo on 7mate - straight after the Foxtel Lions vs Swans game. The figures I saw at Mediaweek and posted in your table I suspect may be for the latter game? In any case there are missing viewer numbers for Sunday footy in Sydney and as I said I suspect Brisbane too.
13k &18k for the wions :_<> :_<> :_<> how pathetic.

They really love there AFL in Brisbane :<> :_<> :_<> :_<> :<>

enjoy that silver medal

The same people are watching IMO, the change in schedule means they are watching more games

Caitlan X.....Man.....your IMO means less than zero you poor silly bugger!!!!! So now it's the same people watching every game.......zombie like ...........you could say that about every code including your zealotry following of rabble ball ya dill.

Your, 'that's not a ratings increase, that's just a schedule change', will forever be etched in the folk lore of the deluded rabble baller.

Just for record: NRL ratings are up 30% this year. Bottom line. No spin. No excuses. Just the facts. Eye's on the game. The way it is. End of story. Full stop.

Yes you could say that, and for most games youd be right. However your highest rating games are still rating around the same so your increase is due to the same audience watching more games due to a friendlier schedule.

Our success leaving a sour taste in your mouth?

Our live games this year are up on our live games last year by 50k a match and that's without Sky numbers this year!

Last year we didn't have any club games that got 1.3m

Dont worry about us. We had another game around 1.1m despite being all melbourne, one sided and 3rd v 3rd bottom. Our FNs are killing yours this year
