heres a tip
next time yr sitting in yr lonely little room in spazbourne .. in yr little singlet n yr little sisters tight shorts
n you are embarking on lecturing a Canberran on whats what in the city he lives in
a city you've never visited & know nothing about
stop .. think
give yrself an uppercut
& refrain .....
you'll avoid heaps of embarrassment son
that life lesson was free

Dave, you ate constantly telling me about the Gold Coast .. Maybe take some of your own advice. The Barasie line says Canberra is split ... Line goes straight through it.
So Dave tells someone off who doesnt live in canberra for commenting on Canberra ??? Them will precede to tell someone who lives on the Gold Coast that he is wrong about the Gold Coast ... Even though Dave lives in Canberra .
you've lived on the gold coast for 5 minutes after moving from delusion central .. Spaztoria
& know nothing of the place you now reside in ....
I've lived in Canberra for most of my life & know everything there is to know about it ..
nice try
but off you trot dickhead

I just checked - and Dave lied. It's 68 teams in Canberra from 6 to 9 and not 95.
Under 9 is 15 (from 20 taking away the NSW teams)
Under 8 is 15 (from 25)
Under 7 is 20 (from 28)
Under 6 is 18 (from 27)
Not that it matters it doesn't count as they play virtually a different game - just like AFL do when they play Auskick.
Edited to add - Just for the heck of it I checked the Auskick numbers which only go down to Under 8 and guess what?
Under 9 is 16 (from 18 as above)
Under 8 is 17 (from 19)
So AFL is even further ahead!! Lucky for rugby league AFL isn't played in Under 6 and 7!!

The link is broken - both in practice and in supporting your point, Dave. Do I have to link each list from Under 8 and Under 9 from both codes and show you as well?
You're a demented brainless dick!

Half the fucking teams in NSW and surrounds have to have kids back up from game to game.
I know this, one of my mates kids plays in Wollongong and he tells me about their struggles all the time.
They made the GF again this season, but quite a few times this year they had to use other players to make sure both teams had the same amount of players.

I think you get that in all comps. The southport sharks fielded two under 11's last year ... Just enough for two sides with one or two extras in each side. Regularly, due to illness, holidays, etc one or the other team would be down a few players. You must remember they would only be feildind two teams if they had sufficient or near enough sufficient numbers to begin with. The under 8s had 4 teams by the way at the club. Reduced numbers though.

They try and get all the kids on the paddock playing instead of warming the bench, which also goes for all sports.

So much for 3 divisions in each age group.
Somebody just got torpedoed amidships.

The barrasi line divides Canberra which would seem about right .. I would lean toward rl though re man in the street support . I would think AFL on the Gold Coast would be more popular here then in Canberra . Was at surf club this morning and they were preparing for tonight with balloons etc and were saying how packed it was last Saturday. Great door to watch the grand final ... Will remember that for next year
