The final bet was agreed upon and in the lead up to that bet the wager was agreed upon and Raiderdave won it fair and square. Simple as that. If Beaussie never felt there was an agreed upon wager he wouldnt be settling for a month avatar bet, he'd settle for nothing. The man clearly has a guilty conscience. [-X [-X
Oh dear, this rubbish is still going on I see. #-o

As has been made abundantly clear, there was never any agreed terms. Lots of talk that in the end amounted to very little as has been shown. I agreed to the avatar change for one month based on Xman's neautral observations. I actually feel my willingness to follow Xman's neautral recommendation is very generous on my part. I could of simply acted like you and stamped my feet and refused to acknowledge the obvious, however I'm above that.

How about you take your blinkers off and reread the thread properly without bias.

Ah beaussie, I'm happy you made a typo twice on the word 'Neutral' in reference to Xman's neutrality  The littlest things sometimes tell us the most

So Beaussie can you honestly say that you agreed on a bet without having any clue of what the wager for the bet was? The whole time you never knew what the wager was for this bet? Because it wasnt defined? And you only realised after you lost the bet that you'd previously stated "a whole season avatar bet" and had not discounted this statement, nor changed it for the bet that in the end took place? You were completely unaware of this the whole 6 or 7 weeks the bet was actually running?

I wouldnt believe you for a second if you said no to questions 1, 2 and 3 and yes to question 4. No not because I'm biased but because you were the one who said "a whole season avatar bet". Now I know you dont suffer from dementia young man sooooo snap out of it and honour the bet you made! [-X

OI! Idiot! Beau made the offer that you quoted, including "a whole season avatar". Raider tried to add to it, and that killed it off. What part of that don't you get, troll? Or is it you with dementia? Beau only agreed to "sellout v no sell out", an offer that Raider NEVER agreed to without going further with numbers! Once the numbers were added, Beau NEVER agreed to it!

Now are you going to admit you were wrong, Chucky? Or shall I start calling you Homer instead? (Check your PM's Beau!)

Excuse me, don't get involved if you dont know what happened doofus noggin. They MADE the bet TLPG, the bet wasnt "killed" numbnuts. Now get back and read some more, this bet ranges across this thread and another, i suggest you read up on it some more before bumbling in like head honcho and making a turkey of yourself. [-X

And when you do realise the truth of the matter please act in accordance with your character and request this thread be locked so that you may have the last word in your self obsessed tanty. It's becoming tiresome watching your antics in here anyway. [-X

Then leave. It's tiresome watching you continue to flog a dead horse instead of providing positive evidence of the final terms that both Raider and Beau agreed to. I'm still waiting for Beau to change your avatar to Homer because you epitomise an old fashioned "D'OH"!!

I've shown and provided convincing evidence highlighting Beaussie's disgrace in this thread. I've also answered all questions you pansies have put forward. In contrast you and Xman havent been able to answer one of my questions. Kinda illustrates who's got the moral highground in this one.

Lock 'er up Xman, you and TLPG are looking ordinary in here. The pair of you are defending a man on the principle that he made a bet, without knowing what the wager of the bet was, after he clearly stated a wager! Hilarious effort folks  =D>

We've learnt a lot from this one and the number one lesson:

Never place a bet with Beaussie. He's likely to either a) weasel out of the bet, or, b) not understand the wager he put on.

Either way, there's a real problem there.

Yeah there is a real problem here - and it's called KE The Troll Who Fails Comprehension. No evidence to prove final terms, only bits and pieces which KETTWFC himself admitted were part of the lead up. At no point has KETTWFC provided the final point to that lead up he admits occurred - because he can't as it doesn't exist. That's the real disgrace here.

how about answering the most important question! Where did both Beaussie and Raiderdave agree to terms of the final bet including penalties?? :-k if this was clear, as it is in our bet, there wouldn't be an issue. As it is there is no evidence so you have no case.

Otherwise you need to shut your whiny little mouth.

Tut tut now TLPG and Xman you both seem to be getting rattled
Xmouse wrote:

. you are an arrogant turd arent you

I can answer your stupid question. There is no clear identifiable point where both raider and beaussie agreed to the terms of the bet as in both saying yes and yes. But there is a clear wager which was set in the lead up and neither man disagreed to that wager on confirming the actual bet. What you nerds are pointing at is a technicality.

Now seeing I've answered your question its time to answer mine. At what point did beaussie or raider disagree to the "full season avatar bet" which beaussie stated in the lead up to making the final bet? Answer it bitch!

And TLPG you're welcome to answer this question too darls.

Which means there was no bet! The rest of that turpentine is therefore rendered irrelevant!

Get it yet, KE? Or shall I report you to the RSPCA for this continued flogging of a dead horse?

Were you in the movie dumb and dumber TLPG? If you weren't, you should have been, you wouldn't have needed any acting skills.

Ahhhh if there was no bet then ummm why is beaussie ahhh happy to change his avatar for a month?

I think you better get back to reading and comprehension class TLPG.

As compo for Raider stuffing up the bet.

And calling me dumb is a classic case of the pot calling the kettle black. Hence the suggestion that your avatar should be changed to Homer Simpson as a penalty for your blatant stupidity. The more you try to paint me with that brush, the more you tar yourself.

Seriously KE, move on. Your whinning is becoming tiresome, particularly as you even admit no terms were agreed upon. #-o

I knew one of you clowns would quote that but thus far noone answers my questions. Typical. Clear to see who has the moral highground in this one.

And TLPG?
