Allowing for NRL crowd fudging the Sun's win.
I think the Sun's win this weekend is an amazing effort considered Freo draw very small away crowds.

given the 2k difference and QLD is apparently League rules and no one is interested in AFL 2 difference is a great effort
makingnrlfansgowacko wrote: Sun Jun 01, 2025 2:12 pmso only a 2k difference
titans vs the storm gold coast one of the most successful teams of the past 30 years
suns vs freo a team that has never won anything from a small city in WA
for some reason crowds suddenly matter but titans only won by 2k, like usual azif you ooze of desperation
2k difference and you keep saying no one follows the suns or the AFL on the GC or in qld!azif wrote: Sun Jun 01, 2025 5:02 pmmakingnrlfansgowacko wrote: Sun Jun 01, 2025 2:12 pmso only a 2k difference

You have to consider the Suns played Freo, who don't draw big crowds in Queensland.
Suns vs Essendon, Richmond, Carlton or Collingwood etc then no contest, Titans lose.
Titans no chance to beat Suns crowd figures when popular teams come to town.
For a RL team in RL territory the Titans are struggling.
the Swans draw double to what the Storm draw, GCS are 6k away to what the Storm draw in a so called NRL strong hold!Bbear wrote: Sun Jun 29, 2025 7:55 pmThe difference between the two teams in terms of popularity is not significant.
The fact that the Sun's draw reasonable to good crowds in RL territory is a great achievement in itself.
Sun's are playing great football this year and the fans keep turning up.
Great win over the Demons.
Crowd over 13000.

the Suns are going nicely while the storm seem to be struggling
