there will be a team, PVL is just an arrogant idiot! even the WA government has come out where the issue is! the nrl wants everything, trading facilities, home base, grass roots funding, stadium up grades and running of the team. the WA government has come out and said yes to most of things except wanting responsibility, management and running of the team and have clearly stated where the issue is

the AFL works wth governments and puts there own money in to running and managing the team & accepts the responsibility the NRL does not!
