Mate ..he doesn't mess around .
He gets results ....
Be interesting yo see how he goes against the powerful club bosses( old boys club) who have self interest as their main priority .
Plus then there's the Syd media who don't hold back when they smell blood .
So he's got a fight .

Of course the AFL is insecure
Just look at their history .
Deals with the Vic police to keep things quiet .
Caught out lying about how many play the game .
Vlad trying to lay the blame on RL when the drug saga broke .
Vlad trying to do deals with the GOVt yo keep things quiet .
There's a long long list of dodgy shit .
Insecure organisations try to hide things
Others face the music

Your lesson is over for the day
Cool imagination crapper!

The nrl is so desperate to be noticed by the AFL!

Proof again by the new chairman

Most of those are just good old simple good business. Not sure why it would be insecure. NRL could take a leaf out of some of those things listed.

that is where Dave Smith failed, where i believe Peter V'landys will succeed.

No one is bigger than the game, Pete has to show this.. and it will work wonders

(NRL's Biggest day since the commission was formed in 2012 is only 2 months away.)

the report into the future of the game.
Hopefully Pete will overlook and change a few things
and the future is bright

All the new nrlol chairman come in beating their chests and has you tin foil had brigade in a buzz of hype

A few years on all end go on the scrap heap leaving the game in a no better position as to their predecessors!

Example the past 3,4,5 chairman
Smith, grant, etc
Your code goes from one broadcast deal to the next, starts off with money the. Broke by the end! With a credit rating that bad it can’t get a bank loan

they budgeted for 25 & unofficially have said that it's going to be 32 mill
So not too bad

So a possible ~50% drop.
And you're happy about that?

No problems if they made 7 mill more profit than they budgeted for .
Especially with a horror off season
