Wookie's media week site!
I know you're stupid but cant you even link a website FFS?

Otherwise we have to take your word for it, which given your difficulties with the English language will never happen
I posted it almost a week ago. Im afraid I don't keep a file on all posting, I did however indicate were it came from!
where in the OP does it show where the story is from?

Foundation club North Hobart (1871). Forced by the AFL to change their name, lost 75% of their paying members, slid into debt and now facing extinction.

Wow [-(
where in the post above is there a link or reference to the source of this story?

Tasmania does not have the population in one area of the state to support an AFL team.
Is this thread suddenly about a top level AFL team?

In any case Hobarts population would turn up to the games in numbers that’d shit all over gdubbya es and the Gold Coast crowds  so I’m afraid ur lame simpleton argument don’t quite stand up nlol, nothing new there tho...par for the course ;)
I thought it was relevant to his post.

No, Hobart does not get great crowds to AFL games and their population is just 200k. They may get similar crowds to the suns and giants but these clubs are used as expansion tools, whereas Tasmania is already an AFL area

It’s the nlol double. Deflection and throw smoke bombs

“Hobart doesn’t get great crowds to AFL games” errrm :hmm: did you ever stop to think about perhaps if Hobart had an actual team?

 me thinks you did but ur just throwin the ol deflection smoke screen nlol double. How sad

they will probably get more for their own team, but then less because they would have 11 home games rather than 5 or so they currently get. Net result would be similar IMO

Common sense( sadly lacking in fumblefans ) would tell you that Tasmanians would more than likely get behind a "HOME TEAM" moreso than the FIFO teams .
Even if they already supported a club they would more than likely adopt a home team as their second team & go to matches .

 net result  would ya just look at this guy desperately trying to manipulate the numbers. what a turkey.

The Tasmanians deserve and would head to support in droves - in numbers far greater than will turn up to gws and Gold Coast will get in the next three decades.

except most tasmanians would already support an AFL club making a new club poorly supported

Loler argument can be dismantled so easily
If I'm Tasmanian..& say I follow Carlton or collingtoothless
If I don't fly regularly to Melb to watch them play then there's little chance of seeing them play live
Can anyone enlighten me as to how many games if any these teams play when hawksville goes to
Tas.
So if a team was to start up & play in Tas then that gives me about 11 chances to watch live AFL ....
So this team then becomes my second team & I go because it's affordable ..no plane trips ..etc ?
Soon this team is rivalling my original team for popularity for the simple reason ..I get to see them .

Well this is how a normal person would go about it .
A Vicderpian ..lol who knows .

These Tasmanians currently have 5 or so chances to watch live AFL in Hobart and dont turn out in decent numbers. These crowds are also boosted by travelling fans from both sides. Populations below 250k for a start up team isnt viable in the current climate. There's no way they'd compete with the many AFL super sides

Oh for fucks sake .
They don't have a HOME TEAM ......pleases read again.... a HOME team to follow .
That's why they don't go ..plus
Many have the shits with the AFL for taking their best players from the local comps ... yet never giving them their own team
Why would you support other FIFo VICTORIAN...not a tAS team just VICTORIAN teams .
There's no local affiliation.....nothing.
. How the fuck can you not understand that ?
