Nah I don't look away.

Like I've said, I agree with some of your points.

There aren't 4 or 5 too many teams. The quality of the player doesn't change all that much.

The spread is not even.

There are 2 too many teams. Not because of talent, because they're pointless.

Also not a "but but but" person.
Errrm.... you’re not making much sense here kitty. Two too many teams because .... they’re pointless?

And..... the quality of the player doesn’t change all that much...?

What on earth are you actually trying to say?

Have you been getting enough sleep bro?

:o

I thought it was all pretty clear, bro.

The quality of the players in, say, the bottom half of the talent pool, hasn't been stretched by 2 new clubs. It's just that the top level of quality is not spread evenly. As will be magnified once the Captain of the league's most struggling club, coming into the prime of his career, joins the league's most dominant club at season's end.

Gold Coast hasn't worked, isn't going to. Pointless.

GWS aren't wanted up there or supported. Probably pointless.

Melbourne clubs relocating would have helped.

I will congratulate you on not following the AFL propaganda with the 2 new teams .
Many AFL fans ( nearly all) on here over the years just repeat the AFL propaganda lines
It's a 20-30 year plan ..blah blah
Look at how much AFL is growing in popularity(. Lol quoting dodgy participation numbers) .

Well done on admitting the reality.

 what’s wrong kitty? Didn’t you enjoy the analysis? Aren’t you pumped about these enticing saliva inducing matchups?

You're obviously quite knowledgable on the game and love doing your research. Please continue with the rest of the rounds' matches.

I'd also love to know what you thought of the otherwise pulsating finish to the season which had the top 12 sides all very real finals chances going into the 2nd last round.

Since you've played AFL, know the game etc. Please enlighten me further.
He’s a massive AFL closet fan Steve. He even separated with his hard earned to attend the AFL grand final the other year. Secretly loves the game.
 thanks perfect to a tee but you haven’t revealed no secret. I’ve said many times that I’m a fan of the game. Ive even played marngrook for teams in the territory and in Sydney ;)

Got nothing whatsoever against the actual game. The governing body however? Bunch of the dumbest clowns to set foot on earth. And the players? Whilst not bad at what they do they are far inferior athletes than nrl players. Far inferior.

Oh and it’s also clear that AFL fans are also the worst pro sports fans this country has to offer. Racism is rife, as is violence, homophobia and just general stupidity.

I'm sure NRL fans are just as racist, violent, homophobic and stupid.

You just can't see them sitting at home.

Sorry kitty but Unfortunately your code has been shamed by racist crowds far more than any other in this country. Far more.

This year shows ur footy fans are more violent than any other code, even tho it looks as tho none of em actually know how to fight  they’re Far more violent.

Homophobia I’m not as certain about but there are certain indicators which again show unfavourably for your code. For example, The number of AFL homophobic members on this site since day dot is about 10-1.

And so on and so forth.

the playing squads of AFL numbers per club is what hurts the AFL in regards to player talent..

how many games is the AVG AFL player playing in there career ?

i think the NRL it is 60 games (3 seasons approx) for avg player making it to top grade.

Mr Nlolrl was the man with all the stats.

The squads seem unnecessarily large. So you suggest if there's 10 less blokes on the squad, that means those games in the 1's are going to be split between fewer people, raising the quality of these players?

But as always I’m a balanced man and there were some good games of marngrook on the weekend. I’ve decided to cut my number of teams to be banished from the AFL to three. Gws need to go. The suns must be forgotten. And Brisbane must be deleted. Then the AFL teams can all get an extra bye or two to rest their legs after the tough going they have week in week out with their 💯 interchanges.

Then st kinda need to get the fuck out and move to Tasmania. North melb need to also get the fuck out and love to Darwin. Then and only then will the AFL have a comp that is worthy of professional status. They could also make a better claim to being representative of ‘the Australian game’ rather than what they are currently ie the southerners game.

One of them was fantastic and a very enjoyable way to spend my time. The other I'm not so sure about.

There were 6 really good, a couple great, matches on the weekend. Were there 6 great NRL matches on the weekend?

What would you consider the RL equivalent to a 100pt margain?

the Sqaud difference to the NRL to AFL is 12-15 players. judging by Wiki Squad lists per club per code.

over a whole league that is a huge difference.

(i just do not feel the quality of players are out there and to be sustained)

100 point drubbing in AFL would be the equivalent to a 36- 40 point loss in Rugby League.
a real bad loss in Rugby league is considered to be 50 point loss
what can also happen in NRL games alot is the other team does not score or if they do
it is once, which can reflect how dominate the other team was..
