So the Giants are entrenched in the 8 & play the team sitting in 2nd position on the ladder. There is no other sport on in Sydney today a city of over 5m population. The Giants claim membership of nearly 22k for 2018. Spotless holds 24k.

This game is perfectly set up to be a sell out. Bring it on!!!

Terrible weather in Sydney today will impact crowd like MCG last night where Hawthorn has over 77k members but only 32k crowd in attendance last night for two top eight rivals.

Wake up stupid. I’m currently stuck in Melbourne due to big delays for all flights in and out of Sydney due to the terrible weather.

So after having read the first post on this thread re GWS' 2017 own membership numbers and revenue you believe they actually have 22k members????

Most of the giants members would be for a few games only given they share home games between Canberra and Sydney, so of course their revenue per memberships is lower than the swans

So here it is again sports fans - predict the GWS crowd at Spot the crowdless stadium in tonights mess.

Once again we have 3 categories 1) actual crowd 2) announced crowd & 3) paying crowd.

My predictions are 6k, 12k & 3k. I base that on the fact the Melbourne side will bring a few k in numbers. I further predict there will be more Bombers supporters at the ground than Giants.

Actual crowd looks to be about 10000.
Good weather crowd would have been 17 to 18 thousand.
Paying crowd i guess about 95% of actual crowd.
Good figures indeed for a young club trying to create an interest in aussie rules in a region dominated by other sports.

Well, well, well!!!!! I had a peak at Spot the crowdless Stadium & I think my predictions were a tad high. I'd say the actual crowd was 4/5k with maybe 2.5k paying.

The AFL, aka propaganda central, listed the crowd as 10,789 lolololololololololol. This mob truly has no shame!!!!!
