The Wanderers can't play all their games at Spotless (just like the Giants can't you fecking idiot) they have to have another option because of standing commitments at Spotless, hence the need to move some games to ANZ.

So these other commitments at Spotless Stadium that would have stopped another few games being played there are?
Still awaiting a response here?

I see the problem with beaussie now. He is so used to the rigged AFL competition where even before the season starts he expects the FFA to know which two teams will be the top of the table in round 10 of the upcoming season, and then move games as such. Sorry that is not how football works, stay with your provincial game.
Stop talking rot. Again, it was your own club that described the ANZ Stadiums games as blockbusters, hence the scheduling of games vs Victory etc. If that wasn't the case, why not schedule Wanderers vs that other basketcase Wellington at ANZ Stadium? Stop trying to spin rubbish here. Again dopey:
"Sydney Olympic Park offers two exceptional venues in ANZ Stadium and Spotless Stadium which will best serve our current member base and provides a major growth opportunity for the Club which allows us to offer a greater number of Wanderers fans access to our blockbuster matches both now and into the future.”

As for the question as has been explained to you countless fecking times. Wanderers 18,000 members, Penrith and Campbelltown are unable to accommodate that number of seated members. So do you fucking understand why now? Or do you need it broken down for you further like a fucking 2 year old.
Oh really? Why then was Campbelltown Stadium, Penrith Stadium and even Leichhardt Oval and Belmore Oval put to Wanderers members as an option for games if as you say it was all about having to accommodate seated members? Again you're talking rubbish and trying to change history to suit your point of view. The member survey and comment from the club regarding looking at all options outlined below proves my point and shows you up as the liar you are.
On Tuesday, members received an email and survey on their preferred choice of six venues to become their temporary new home. Campbelltown Stadium, ANZ Stadium, Sydney Showground at Olympic Park, Leichhardt Oval, Belmore Oval and Pepper Stadium in Penrith were put forward. Indicative of the possibility of the Wanderers playing out of multiple venues, the club also asked its members to suggest how many venues they would be prepared to call home throughout the period.

A club spokesman confirmed the Wanderers are looking at all options and received more than 2,500 responses from members in the first day.

Wookie, you wanted feedback on why this site is stagnating. It is people like beaussie, who have to have the same fucking thing explained to him over and over again. Most normal people get fed up with such stupidity. I am forever amazed that he can find himself out a his fucking house on a daily basis.
You've explained nothing, as usual, you've just tried to spin and bullshit your way out of the facts.

They were put to the members because that's what a member based club does you idiot, they wanted to see where the preference was. If the members chose Penrith then some decisions would have needed to be made. ie LIMIT membership, BUILD temporary stands etc etc.

Not that fucking hard to understand. BUT the decision was made and the majority supported it. How DUMB are you.

FYI, BBL playing at spotless requires the movement on 1 January, their was a concert there on Saturday requiring the movement for Victory. Sydney Derby required the movement because unlike the AFL there interest in the Sydney derby requires a bigger seating capacity. So that's 4 of the 5, not sure on the last.

So SFU you have been shown to be a fraud again

So soccer is basically irrelevant in Sydney and told to move on whenever their is a cricket game or concert. Proves my point that the Wanderers exaggerate their standing and relevance in Sydney. Not surprising that women's cricket rates better on tv too. lol

Once again hoisted on your own petard, Football kicks AFL off the MCG what does that say about AFL if we are so far down the pecking order LOL.

You are an idiot of the worst kind, you really don't have a clue how dumb you are, that is just sad.

Their home ground has been bulldozed for a new stadium and they are at the bottom of the table.

Now how would the Swans crowds be if they had every game a Homebush and they were comming last??

Hard to see based on crowds to date, how the Wanderers will even need such capacity unless it's a derby game which will be at ANZ Stadium anyway yeah?

um no it won't, derby games will be played at home venues (of respective teams) plus your logic is skewed, why build a $300 million stadium based on existing crowds? The current membership of the Wanderers is 18,000 plus change which is 60% of the new stadium total seating, this figure also includes corporate boxes etc, which i think is in 2k to 3k which is 66%.

So now we have 34% available, we have to have at least 10% available for visiting fans, that leaves 24% available for walk ups and growth of membership, which translates to 6480 people. So by your logic it is unlikely that the Wanderers will grow their base by 6500 people in 30 years (life of stadium without upgrades etc)

Once again you have actually surprised me how stupid you can be.

Right, so based on you logic, the SCG needs an immediate upgrade to capacity. The Swans after all have over 56,000 members (unlike the Wanderers more members than capacity of stadium), many more corporate supporters, capacity required for a much bigger travelling AFL fan base, along with the need for seating availability for walk ups and future growth in memberships for not only Australia's premier winter code - but Australia's premier summer code... cricket.

Premier Baird get the cheque book out. We need a much bigger SCG now based on post_hoc's clearly flawless logic expressed here regarding the Wanderers and the need for increased capacity, despite not being able to meet that capacity requirement yet.

Didn't the SCG just get a $200 million redevelopment 2 years ago? So if you are not happy then i suggest you have a word with the trust why they only increased it by 2000 people.

I suggest you actually look at your 56,000 members and how many of them are actual members, but you have already been told that numerous times and ignore it all the time.

So once again you have been shown up to be a complete fool and still you want to come back for more. Just stay down beaussie, I am getting tired of putting you on your arse all the time

We're hopeful of getting another $100 million for redevelopment too. Still not enough to address the capacity needs/issues if we go by your idiotic logic as I outlined.

Yeah just like your imaginary 18,000 Wanderers members.

Yeah, yeah. Meanwhile I've yet to see you win one argument in TFC since you've arrived. Again your nickname around here is pork_chop. Embrace it. We all get a good laugh out of you trying to paint soccer's abysmal standing in this country in a positive light.

nice try beaussie, but your credibility on this site has left long ago, and in regard to this thread you have been found wanting in virtually every post.

But hey keep telling yourself you're winning, the rest of us will just stand here laughing.
