I'snt that just typical of your sport though. In what other sport would a medal presentation out rate the grand final itself. In Melbourne itself rugby league draws a bigger crowd than every game other than the AFL Grand Final. International soccer :_<> . Its not the sport , its the allure the fascination. One of your biggest sporting events is the dufus medal. the measure of a great sportsman in Victoria is, 'All Australian and 3 times dufus medal winner :(/ :(/
Your on drugs

the state vs state gimmick of SOO, if there was any real interest in the NRLOL, the Minnowbourne Storm would have a supporter base that isn't so pathetically small. a whopping 11k showed up fir their round 1 game :(/ where did all those tugby fans go after SOO pissycat :-k

So you continuously point & laugh at SOO ....call it a gimmick yet it continuously beats any fumble game on Earth in popularity .

By all means please keep on doing it .
It highlights how stupid you are .
& highlights which sport has the best rating/most popular game .
Thanks dumbo .
You're the gift that keeps on giving

Wow what a surprise you reply again moments after my post again
No it hasn't fuckstick! So as what simpleton ex politician that comes from you way old Pauline use to say, "please explain"?
The ratings system is full of faults with regular inaccurate reportings, it's that fucked they have ratings boxes on the gold coast classed metro and regional
You are kidding right, I havent been on here for months and I have seen this explained to you a number of times in the past. You just put your blinkers on. From memory your arguement is there is overlap on were the counters are. Who gives a shit, if they are not in the same household, then it aint double counted is it???

ratings cannot reliably be used to indicate a sport's popularity because too many factors affect the result. Examples include length of the program, competing programs and non-prime time vs prime time sheduling

Lol .

As flawed as it may be .
Billions of dollars are outplayed on sports as a result of these ratings .

As it stands
Gold
Silver
Bronze

You can waffle on all you like
It doesn't change the fact RL has the most popular games .

But but but but

true, billions of dollars are paid out. I suppose the only real way to compare AFL and NRL on TV is by looking at their value to the TV networks. Thanks for coming :afro:

You clowns make me laugh.

NRL smashed AFL out of the ball park in the grand final peak total rating by almost half a million viewers.

Your AFL games rate so poorly in NSW and Qld that they get shown on 7mate instead of 7.
:(/ :(/

The AFL footy show is shown in the graveyard shift in NSW and Qld it rates so poorly.
=D> =D>

And lets not forget that AFL international cup that can't even get a tv network.

lol actuary thick shit no2 both codes grand finals rated similar, except one was in prime time and the other on a Saturday after noon. now go and have a look at the average ratings difference for those two slots, Sunday night isnt called prime time for a reason.

isnt it funny how the AFL gets more for its broadcast money than the NRLOL, just for its H&A season compared to the NRLOL everything! when it comes for advertising money NSW is 1st & Qld it 3rd. rant on all you want the AFL gets more for a simple fucken reason
