It's a major tenet Within league circles that the rexona challenge is the panicle of athletic endervour in this country.

I'd say the rexona challenge showed a thing or two.

More striking is the ability of rl players with little to no training making the roster of AFL teams  they also make the highest level of rugby union quite easily. We've also had successful boxing world champs. And now the NFL is in a spin about how awesome our athletes are. :\: they're very interested in seeking more rl players.

Unfortunately I can't name a sport who's interested in AFL players because of their athletic ability and skill set.

Slower weaker less agile less powerful and less skillful is ur avg AFL player compared to ur avg league back, and if you take out speed our forwards too. It's just the facts lads.

Deal with it. ;)

What it showed was how easily league fans are amused and entertained

The rexona challenge had most of those.

Rugby league has produced plenty of test and state cricketers , they've even produced cricket test captain. Australian golfers, runners up at St Andrews - would these pass as ball skills?

Stop deflecting .
I'm not angry .
The only part of the TV deal finalised by the NRL shits all over the AFL FTA deal .

Now back to discussing what happens when fumblers step out of the bubble ..

Stay on topic

Could quote quite few AFL cricketers too ( probably more than League) ....although they were pretty adept at spraying deodorant under their armpits, I'm sure they all dropped the ball at first slip. Damn fumblers!

Facts of the matter are the AFL lads best are slower, weaker, less agile, less powerful and less skilful than rl'Ś best.

But we have to concede that there's a lot of AFL players who can trot 14odd kilometres just as quick as top few thousand or so amateur sydney City to surf contenders who run it each year

:(/ because it's true.

Youll be following up with some supportive evidence then.
